- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate English with other subjects.
- Develop and implement English language skills programs for students and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in English with a minimum 8 years of experience in teaching English at a College level.
- NET/SET mandatory for Assistant Professor. PhD preferred.
- Associate Professor/Professor level with a strong academic background.
- Master's degree with minimum 55% marks.
Research & Publications
As a Senior TGT English, you will be expected to engage in research and publications in UGC-CARE journals. You will guide Ph.D. students in their research projects and contribute to the academic growth of the institution.
