Classroom Profile
The Physical Education Teacher will handle diverse learning levels in classes VI to VIII. Students come from varied backgrounds and abilities, so adapting activities to each learner’s pace is essential. Sunbeam School values teachers who understand local needs and tailor lessons accordingly.
What You Will Do
Plan and conduct daily Physical Education sessions for grades VI to VIII, ensuring inclusive participation.
Use modified games and drills to accommodate students with different physical abilities and learning styles.
Collaborate with subject teachers to integrate movement into classroom learning where possible.
Organize inter-house and inter-school sports events to build team spirit and confidence.
Monitor student progress through simple fitness tests and skill assessments throughout the year.
Encourage girls and boys equally to engage in sports, addressing any hesitation with sensitivity.
Maintain records of attendance, performance, and equipment usage for each class.
Report any health concerns or injuries observed during activities to the school health coordinator.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with specialization in Physical Education.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Physical Education at the secondary level.
Preference for candidates familiar with the local Azamgarh school environment.
