Responsibilities
Plan and execute physics lessons aligned with the state syllabus, using a mix of classroom demonstrations, practical experiments, and modern teaching aids.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and coordinate school science events.
Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and student performance reports in a timely manner.

Requirements
Post‑graduate degree in Physics or related field.
Minimum of two years teaching experience at the secondary level.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification mandatory; TET/CTET is a plus.
Strong command of physics concepts, laboratory safety, and curriculum standards.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for students.
Proactive attitude towards student mentorship and continuous learning.
Compensation
Competitive salary ranging from Rs.17,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth within the school.
