Role Summary
As a TGT Physics Teacher at Sunbeam School in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the scientific minds of our students. You will be responsible for teaching Physics to students from Class 6 to 10 and contributing to the development of our Science curriculum.
Pedagogy and Tools
As a Physics Teacher, you will be expected to use practical methods, tools, and activities to make learning engaging and interactive. You will utilize our well-equipped Physics lab and resources to design experiments and demonstrations that bring complex concepts to life. Our Physics curriculum is designed to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in our students. You will work closely with our Science faculty to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students.
Day-to-Day Duties
1\. Plan and deliver Physics lessons to students from Class 6 to 10, using a range of teaching methods and resources.
2\. Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student understanding and progress.
3\. Conduct experiments and demonstrations in the Physics lab to illustrate key concepts and principles.
4\. Encourage student participation and engagement through discussions, debates, and group activities.
5\. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Science curriculum that aligns with national and state-level standards.
6\. Provide individual support and guidance to students who require extra help or have special needs.
7\. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
8\. Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in Physics education.
Required Qualifications
* Post-graduate degree in Physics or related subject from a recognized university.
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
* TET/CTET certification is not required, but may be an added advantage.
* Strong understanding of Physics concepts and their applications in real-world situations.
