G D Goenka Public School in Badaun seeks a dedicated PGT Fine Arts Teacher to inspire creativity and artistic excellence among students. This role involves shaping young minds through dynamic visual arts programs, ensuring a strong foundation in drawing, painting, sculpture, and cultural expression.
The PGT Fine Arts Teacher at G D Goenka Public School will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging art curriculum aligned with school standards. You will conduct hands-on workshops, fostering innovation in students while maintaining high academic and ethical benchmarks. Classroom instruction will include both theoretical knowledge and practical applications, ensuring students develop a well-rounded appreciation for fine arts.
Curriculum development will focus on integrating regional art traditions with contemporary global trends, ensuring relevance and cultural richness. You will also collaborate with other teachers to create interdisciplinary projects that enhance students’ creativity across subjects. Regular assessments will be conducted to measure progress, with feedback provided to both students and peers.
Artistic projects will be displayed in school events, exhibitions, and competitions, showcasing students’ talents to parents and the community. You will mentor students individually and in groups, encouraging them to explore their artistic potential while adhering to safety and material guidelines.
Teaching will include both group and one-on-one sessions, adapting lessons to diverse learning abilities. You will maintain a well-organized art room, stocking materials and tools to support creative learning. Participation in school events, such as cultural fests and art festivals, will be expected to promote artistic engagement.
Collaboration with the principal and senior staff will ensure alignment with school policies and academic goals. You will stay updated on educational trends and best practices in fine arts education to enhance teaching effectiveness. Attendance and punctuality are mandatory, with a commitment to a structured work schedule.
The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in Fine Arts or related discipline, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Four years of teaching experience in Fine Arts or a related subject is required, preferably in a school environment. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an advantage. The selected candidate will be offered a full-time position in Badaun, Uttar Pradesh, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000.
