What You Will Do
Plan daily Hindi lessons aligned with NTT curriculum standards.
Prepare teaching aids like charts, flashcards, and audio-visual content for young learners.
Conduct interactive activities to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Hindi.
Assess student progress through simple quizzes, oral tests, and written work.
Organize cultural events such as Hindi Diwas or Bal Mela where students showcase Hindi skills.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a warm learning environment.
Collaborate with senior teachers for monthly planning and resource sharing.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to school-wide Hindi language initiatives.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduation degree with Hindi as a subject
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education
D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree
Experience in teaching Hindi to nursery or kindergarten students
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of phonics and storytelling methods
Familiarity with Montessori or play-way teaching approaches
Any state or central TET/CTET certification
Preferred Skills
Strong command over spoken and written Hindi
Patience and creativity to engage young learners
Basic computer skills for digital teaching tools
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary between Rs.15,000 and Rs.30,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health coverage for self and family, school transport for staff from nearby areas, and access to in-house teacher training programs.
