Represent the department in parent-teacher meetings to explain Physics curriculum goals and examination trends to families in Baraut.
Conduct remedial sessions for students scoring below 40% in Physics during term exams, tracking their improvement through focused worksheets and revision drills. Organize inter-house Science exhibitions where Physics projects are showcased to build interest and practical application skills among middle-school learners.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Physics with minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a TGT in a recognized school environment. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET or CTET certification is preferred but not compulsory for this senior position.
