PRT Dance Teacher Position at St. Xaviers Sr. Sec. School, Bahraich

The PRT will teach dance fundamentals, including ballet, folk, and contemporary styles, ensuring students develop discipline, rhythm, and confidence. Daily classroom instruction will include structured lessons, warm-ups, and performance drills tailored to students' skill levels.
Assessment of student progress will be done through practical evaluations, including small performances and skill demonstrations. The PRT will also prepare students for school-level dance events, helping them build stage presence and teamwork.
Parent engagement will be minimal but necessary for dance-related events, such as school fairs or cultural programs. Coordination with the arts department will ensure smooth integration of dance with other creative subjects.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required, along with at least two years of teaching or dance experience. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 22,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
