Sunbeam School Ballia aims to change that by bringing in a passionate PGT Physics Teacher who can inspire students and strengthen community trust in local schooling.
This Physics Teacher will be a mentor beyond the classroom. You will guide students not just in theory but in real-world applications of Physics, from household circuits to local engineering projects. Your presence will reassure parents that their children are learning from someone who truly understands the subject and the needs of Ballia’s students. You’ll also work closely with families during PTMs and career counseling sessions to align education with local opportunities.
Daily, you will prepare lesson plans that make abstract concepts like gravitation and electromagnetism relatable through local examples. Conducting regular lab experiments and demonstrations will be key to helping students grasp theory better. You will assess progress through practical tests and viva sessions, giving every child a fair chance to improve. Organizing quiz competitions and Physics fairs will build excitement around the subject in the community. You’ll also lead evening doubt-clearing sessions for students struggling with homework, making education accessible even after school hours.
Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in Physics with B.Ed. Two years of teaching experience is essential, and familiarity with CBSE curriculum will be preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is a welcome addition for those already certified.
This role is about more than teaching formulas—it’s about shaping problem-solvers who can contribute to Ballia’s development. Your lessons will influence how students see the world, from understanding monsoon patterns to appreciating the Physics behind local industries.
