Core duties include:
Lesson Planning and Delivery – Designing interactive lessons on physics, chemistry, and biology, incorporating regional examples relevant to Ballia’s geography.
Classroom Management – Maintaining discipline while ensuring students grasp scientific concepts through visual aids and real-world applications.
Lab Supervision – Overseeing practical sessions, ensuring safety protocols and proper usage of lab equipment.
Student Engagement – Encouraging participation in group projects and discussions, especially among students from diverse academic backgrounds.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, with a strong preference for candidates holding TET/CTET certification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in science or related subjects, is required. Fluency in Hindi and basic knowledge of local languages will be an asset.
