What You Will Do
Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality before storage.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock, issues, and returns.
Issue stationery, sports equipment, and other supplies to departments as needed.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of required items.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
Prepare monthly reports on inventory usage and pending orders.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with school procurement policies.
Train new staff on store procedures and safety guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in store management or inventory control.
Familiarity with basic computer applications like MS Excel and Tally.
Good to Have
Experience in a school or educational institution.
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination.
