- Manage the library's collection, including book purchases, cataloging, and shelving.
- Develop and implement library programs to promote literacy and information literacy among students.
- Supervise library staff and volunteers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of library circulation, attendance, and other activities.
- Plan and execute library events, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with authors, publishers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide research assistance and support to students, teachers, and staff.
- Assist in the development of the school's information literacy program.
- Participate in curriculum development and implementation of library-related programs.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree in Library Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a library setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
