Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum for Art And Craft that aligns with Explore School's educational objectives.
- Provide high-quality instruction to students, ensuring they achieve the desired learning outcomes.
- Conduct board exam coaching, equipping students with the necessary skills to excel.
- Create engaging lesson plans, using a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, imagination, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver Art And Craft projects that integrate with other subjects.
- Assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of Art And Craft-related policies.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you should hold a B.Ed degree and have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable school. While TET or CTET certification is desirable, it is not mandatory. Your ability to inspire and educate young students in Art And Craft will be a significant asset to our team.
