We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dance teacher to lead our students in creative expression and physical movement, promoting an environment of self-discovery and artistic growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dance education and its role in shaping young minds.
Teaching Approach
At Three Dots School, we believe in a hands-on approach to learning, where students are encouraged to experiment and innovate. Our Dance teacher will use a variety of practical methods, including group and individual lessons, to foster creativity and technical skills. The teacher will also utilize various tools and resources to engage students and promote a love for Dance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Dance lessons to students from class I to X
- Develop and implement Dance curriculum that aligns with the school's educational objectives
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Dance with other subjects
- Participate in school events and activities, including Dance performances and competitions
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Develop and manage Dance resources, including costumes and props
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Dance education
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. in Dance or a related field
- CTET/TET certification (not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Dance education and its applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
