Role Summary
C.p.m Public School is looking for a PRT English Teacher to join its technology-driven English department. You will plan, teach, and assess English language skills for Grades 1 to 5 with a focus on reading, writing, grammar, and speaking.
Teaching Approach

What You Will Do
Create weekly lesson plans aligned with NCERT English syllabus for Grades 1 to 5. Prepare digital worksheets and quizzes using Google Forms for instant feedback. Deliver live lessons through Google Meet when required and record sessions for absent students. Use smart board tools to demonstrate sentence construction and story sequencing. Assign reading tasks from the school’s digital library and track completion online. Conduct monthly online parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress. Organize inter-house English competitions using digital slides and audio clips. Maintain the LMS gradebook and update it after every assessment.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in English or related discipline from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory. Minimum two years of English teaching experience in primary classes. Familiarity with primary-level English curriculum and assessment patterns.
Preferred Skills
Strong digital literacy with hands-on use of smart boards, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms. Ability to design simple digital content such as audio stories, flashcards, and comprehension quizzes. Comfort in recording short teaching videos and uploading them to the LMS. Basic troubleshooting of classroom devices to minimize downtime during lessons.
Salary and Benefits
