Role Summary

As a seasoned educator, you will be responsible for curriculum ownership, mentoring junior staff, and driving academic excellence in Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Design: Develop and implement a comprehensive Hindi curriculum that aligns with the CBSE guidelines, meeting the academic needs of our students.
2. Teaching and Mentoring: Teach Hindi to students from classes 6 to 12, ensuring that they achieve exceptional results in board exams.
3. Department Leadership: Lead the Hindi department, guiding junior staff members and providing them with necessary support and resources.
4. Academic Performance: Monitor and improve the academic performance of Hindi students, implementing strategies to enhance their learning outcomes.
5. Resource Development: Develop and maintain a rich library of Hindi resources, including textbooks, workbooks, and digital materials.
6. Parent-Teacher Interaction: Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and engaging them in the academic process.
7. Professional Development: Engage in regular professional development activities, staying updated on the latest teaching methodologies and technologies.
8. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and conduct regular assessments to evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
9. Departmental Meetings: Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to discussions on academic planning, curriculum development, and resource allocation.
Eligibility Criteria
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized university
* At least 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi
* NET or SET in Hindi (preferable)
* Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
