Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Hindi curriculum for classes 6 to 12
- Teach Hindi to students and assign homework and projects as per the curriculum
- Evaluate student progress and maintain records of student performance
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on teaching methodologies
- Participate in school events and represent Explore School at external events
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate Hindi with other subjects
- Contribute to the development of new curriculum and materials for Hindi
- Participate in teacher training and professional development programs
- Maintain a conducive learning environment in the classroom
- Develop and implement assessments to measure student learning outcomes
- Ensure that all teaching and learning activities are in line with the school's mission and vision
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this position, you must have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi. A NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory. You should also have a good understanding of the Uttar Pradesh state board curriculum and a strong track record of achieving good board results.
