What You Will Do

Assess student notebooks every fortnight and record progress in simple rubrics.
Create low-cost teaching aids like charts, flash cards and puppets for classroom use.
Collaborate with PRT colleagues to integrate Hindi across subjects through songs and rhymes.
Maintain clean and attractive Hindi display boards in every classroom.
Attend monthly subject teacher meetings to share best practices and resources.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline with Hindi as one main subject.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with Hindi specialization.
State or Central TET/CTET certificate preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Fluent Hindi speaking and writing with correct shuddha pronunciation.
Ability to design age-appropriate Hindi activities and worksheets.
Familiarity with CBSE Hindi textbooks for primary classes.
Basic computer skills for preparing teaching materials and online submissions.
