Your Students

As their PRT Science Teacher, you will create a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons, incorporating hands-on experiments, simulations, and multimedia resources.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, incorporating the latest educational trends and technologies.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect, empathy, and social responsibility.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Science with other subjects, developing a holistic approach to education.
- Participate in school-wide events, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills.
- Maintain accurate records, report student progress to parents, and contribute to school-wide assessment and evaluation initiatives.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, such as Science fairs, quizzes, and competitions, to encourage student engagement and creativity.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Science or related field, with a valid B.Ed./D.El.Ed. certificate, is a must. Preference will be given to candidates with a TET/CTET qualification. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, particularly in Science, is desirable.
