- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of junior staff and providing feedback for improvement
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to education
- Maintaining records of student performance and progress
- Collaborating with other teachers to develop and implement school projects
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to school policies and decisions
- Providing guidance and support to students in the Social Science department
- Coordinating with the Vice Principal to ensure effective implementation of school policies
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- A strong background in Social Science, with a focus on pedagogy and curriculum development
- A preference for NET or SET certification
