Your Students

Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver engaging Social Science lessons to students, incorporating diverse teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, using the curriculum as a guide, while considering the needs of all learners.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and suggesting strategies for improvement.
- Foster a positive classroom environment, promoting active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement inclusive pedagogy, ensuring that all students have equal access to learning opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience for students.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices in Social Science teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the development of our school's Social Science curriculum, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and inclusive.
- Manage classroom resources, ensuring that all materials and equipment are available and in good condition.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Science or a related field and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Preference will be given to candidates with a TET or CTET certification.

Salary and Benefits
You will be offered a competitive salary range of Rs.14,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
