* Provide individualized attention and support to students who need extra help
* Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Biology with other subjects and promote a holistic learning experience
* Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to the needs of students with varying learning styles
* Maintain a well-organized and well-equipped Biology laboratory to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Biology and incorporate relevant knowledge into teaching
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field. A B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree is mandatory, and a TET/CTET certification is preferred.
