Role Summary

Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver daily physical education sessions for grades VI to X, ensuring age-appropriate drills and warm-ups.
Organize and referee inter-house matches in football, volleyball, and kho-kho during the academic year.
Maintain equipment inventories and report shortages to the administration before each term starts.
Conduct fitness assessments twice a year and document results in student portfolios.
Arrange annual sports day events, including selection trials, rehearsals, and prize distribution.
Collaborate with yoga and dance instructors to schedule weekly wellness sessions.
Attend staff briefings every Monday to align sports activities with academic themes.
Assist in transporting students to off-site tournaments when required by the school bus schedule.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized Indian university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with specialization in Physical Education.
Two years of classroom teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated or similar school.
Preference for candidates with TET/CTET background, though not mandatory for this vacancy.
Familiarity with local sports culture in Uttar Pradesh is an advantage.
