Qualifications and experience
Graduate degree required; B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred. Minimum one year of teaching experience in a school setting. Knowledge of Hindi pedagogy and curriculum standards in Uttar Pradesh is essential. Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital resources is an advantage. No TET/CTET certification is mandatory.
Compensation and location
Full‑time position at Csc Bal Vidyalaya, Basti, Uttar Pradesh. Salary ranges from Rs.10,000 to Rs.13,000 per month. The role offers a stable teaching environment with opportunities for professional growth within the school community.
