What You Will Do
Meet and interact with prospective parents and students to explain the school’s vision, curriculum, and facilities.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using the school’s ERP system.
Coordinate with the marketing team to organize open house events and school tours in Bijnor and nearby areas.
Handle documentation, fee collection, and verification of eligibility as per school norms.
Collaborate with the principal and coordinators to align admission policies with academic planning.
Address queries promptly via phone, email, and in-person visits to enhance parent satisfaction.
Prepare monthly admission reports and present insights to the leadership team.
Ensure all admission-related data complies with CBSE and local regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in school admission, counselling, or front-office administration.
Familiarity with CBSE admission guidelines and document verification processes.
Good to Have
Experience in a reputed school in Uttar Pradesh.
Knowledge of local languages (Hindi, Urdu) for better parent communication.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership to guide the admission team and represent the school at events.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
