PGT Chemistry Teacher Job in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons that align with the prescribed syllabus and examination patterns.
2. Conduct practical laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
3. Assess student performance through quizzes, tests, and board examinations, providing timely feedback.
4. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and multimedia resources to enhance conceptual understanding.
5. Mentor students for science fairs, Olympiads and inter‑school competitions.
6. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews and school‑wide events.
7. Maintain accurate attendance, grade records and laboratory inventories.
8. Liaise with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc or equivalent).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification as required for school teaching.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience at the PGT level.
- TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
The position offers a salary of Rs.30,000 - Rs.50,000 per month, payable as per the school’s standard payroll schedule. Additional benefits include transport allowance, professional development workshops, and access to well‑equipped laboratories.
