TGT Science Teacher Job in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh | School Recruitment
At Modern Era Public School | Bijnor, we believe science isn’t just about labs and experiments—it’s about sparking curiosity in young minds and shaping them into thoughtful, inquisitive citizens. Our community thrives on innovation, respect, and a shared passion for nurturing talent, especially in the sciences. Here, every teacher is not just an educator but a mentor who turns classroom lessons into life skills, and every student becomes more than just a pupil—they become part of something bigger.
Working here means being part of a school where creativity meets discipline, and where every lesson is an opportunity to inspire. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers across subjects, participate in co-curricular activities like science fairs and environmental projects, and witness firsthand how hands-on learning transforms learning outcomes. The school values teachers who are both subject experts and approachable guides, fostering an environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore beyond textbooks. The atmosphere is warm yet structured, with a strong emphasis on holistic development—whether it’s through field trips to scientific centers in Lucknow or organizing workshops with local engineers and scientists.
Your role as a TGT Science Teacher in Bijnor means designing engaging lessons that blend theory with practical experiments, ensuring every child grasps concepts like physics, chemistry, and biology through interactive methods. You’ll teach students from Class 6 to 12, adapting your teaching style to meet their evolving needs while encouraging teamwork and critical thinking. Beyond the classroom, you’ll lead science clubs, assist in preparing students for competitive exams like JEE and NEET, and collaborate with parents to support their academic growth. Organizing school events like science exhibitions and awareness campaigns also falls under your responsibilities, where you’ll showcase the school’s commitment to scientific excellence. Mentoring students who excel in STEM subjects and guiding those who need extra support ensures every child feels valued and capable.
What makes you a great fit for this Science Teacher Vacancy in Bijnor is your ability to simplify complex concepts while keeping students excited. A postgraduate degree in science with at least four years of teaching experience is essential, and while TET/CTET isn’t mandatory, your passion for science education and ability to connect with young learners will matter most. You should thrive in a collaborative setting, enjoy shaping young minds, and be comfortable balancing creativity with structured teaching methods. Your personality should reflect patience, enthusiasm, and a deep respect for the scientific method—qualities that will help you build lasting relationships with students and colleagues alike.
As a TGT Science Teacher at Modern Era Public School | Bijnor, you’ll earn a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, along with benefits like free uniforms, access to modern lab facilities, and opportunities for professional development. The school also values work-life balance, offering a supportive environment where you can grow both personally and professionally. Whether it’s attending workshops or contributing to school initiatives, you’ll have the chance to leave a lasting impact on the next generation of scientists and thinkers.
