Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 10, ensuring content is interactive and age‑appropriate.
Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and class participation, providing constructive feedback.
Prepare and maintain classroom materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and digital resources.
Encourage students to read Hindi literature, participate in debates, and write essays to improve fluency.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Hindi into school projects and cultural activities.
Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Hindi grammar, literature, and modern usage is essential.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Hindi instruction.
Experience with curriculum planning and student assessment in Hindi.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.18,000 – Rs.25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Working Conditions
Full‑time teaching hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM with occasional after‑school duties.
