- Conduct research and publish papers in UGC-CARE listed journals to enhance Srdm Inter College's academic reputation.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate English courses with interdisciplinary programs.
- Develop and deliver workshops for students on language skills, communication, and critical thinking.
- Participate in departmental and institutional decision-making processes, contributing to policy formulation and academic planning.
- Engage with local community through outreach programs, promoting literacy and language skills.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and inclusivity in the English department.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a Ph.D. in English or a related field with over 8 years of teaching experience at the college level. Preference will be given to candidates with Associate Professor or Professor-level experience.
Academic Projects
As a senior faculty member, you will be expected to guide Ph.D. students in their research, providing mentorship and academic support. You will also be encouraged to publish papers in UGC-CARE listed journals, contributing to Srdm Inter College's academic reputation.
Your Growth Path
Srdm Inter College offers opportunities for career growth and development. You may be considered for the position of Head of the Department (HOD) or Dean, depending on your performance and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for administrative roles within the institution.
Salary and Benefits
