You will also be expected to participate in academic committees, attend staff meetings, and contribute to the development of the institution.
Day-to-day, you will be involved in:
* Designing and implementing the curriculum for Evs
* Mentoring junior faculty members to enhance their teaching skills
* Coordinating exams and assessments for Evs courses
* Conducting research in your area of expertise to contribute to the academic landscape
* Guiding Ph.D. students to help them achieve their research goals
* Publishing research papers in UGC-CARE journals to disseminate knowledge
Required Qualifications

To be considered for the position of PRT - Evs at Srdm Inter College, you must possess a Ph.D. in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience at the Associate Professor/Professor level. You should also have a strong academic record, with a minimum of 55% marks at the Master's level.
Research & Publications

As a senior faculty member, you will be expected to contribute to the research and publication activities of the institution. You will guide Ph.D. students in their research pursuits and publish research papers in UGC-CARE journals to disseminate knowledge in your area of expertise.
