- Coordinate exams, assessments, and evaluations for Hindi courses, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Conduct research in Hindi language and literature, publishing papers in UGC-CARE journals to enhance the college's academic reputation.
- Engage in academic administrative tasks, such as chairing departmental meetings and overseeing budget allocation for Hindi department events.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop interdisciplinary courses and research projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local literary and cultural organizations to promote Hindi language and literature.
- Provide pastoral care and academic support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Hindi language and literature, incorporating this knowledge into your teaching and research.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, you must have a Ph.D. in Hindi with a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience, preferably at the Associate Professor/Professor level. Your academic record, research publications, and teaching experience will be carefully evaluated.
Academic Projects
As a Senior PRT, you will be expected to guide Ph.D. students, mentoring them through their research projects and providing feedback on their theses. You will also be expected to publish research papers in UGC-CARE journals, contributing to the college's research output and reputation.
