Responsibilities
Lead the school’s physical education program and coordinate all sports activities across grades. Plan and supervise daily drills, inter‑school competitions, and annual sports meets. Oversee maintenance of sports equipment and facilities, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with senior management to integrate physical fitness into the overall school curriculum and contribute to student wellness initiatives.
Administration and Leadership
Manage the sports department’s budget, procure gear, and arrange logistics for tournaments. Prepare reports on student participation, performance metrics, and resource utilization for the school board. Mentor junior staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of teamwork and discipline. Liaise with local sports clubs and community organizations to enhance extracurricular opportunities.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline. Prior experience in sports administration or event management preferred. Knowledge of coaching techniques and athlete development is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage resources and lead a diverse team.
Experience
Minimum of three years in a leadership role within a sports or physical education setting. Proven track record of organizing large‑scale events and managing budgets. Experience working in a school or similar educational environment is highly desirable.
Compensation
Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
