Collaborate with regional schools for Hindi pedagogy exchange programs. Guide students in Hindi literature projects and inter-college competitions. Represent Srdm Inter College at state-level Hindi teacher forums. Organize annual Hindi diwas celebrations with active student participation. Maintain department records and submit monthly academic reports to the principal.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Hindi with minimum 55% marks required. NET/SET qualified candidates preferred. Minimum 4 years of Hindi teaching experience at senior secondary level in Uttar Pradesh schools. Experience in Hindi curriculum development and examination coordination mandatory. Associate Professor level eligibility for senior applicants with 8+ years of Hindi teaching experience. Familiarity with Uttar Pradesh Board Hindi syllabus and CBSE Hindi optional subjects advantageous.
Academic Projects
Guide Ph.D. and M.Phil. students in Hindi literature under Srdm Inter College research cell. Publish research papers in UGC-CARE approved Hindi journals regularly. Undertake UGC minor/major research projects in Hindi pedagogy and linguistics. Supervise Hindi department projects funded by state government or UGC schemes. Organize national-level Hindi seminars with paper presentations by students and faculty. Develop digital Hindi learning resources for Srdm Inter College LMS.
