Manage infrastructure planning, maintenance, and resource allocation efficiently.
Coordinate with district education officers and local authorities for regulatory compliance.
Organize parent-teacher interactions and community outreach programs regularly.
Monitor student discipline, welfare programs, and extracurricular activity standards.
Prepare annual reports, budgets, and audit documentation for school management.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Education or related field from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a CBSE-affiliated school as a Vice-Principal or equivalent.
Valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification with UPTET qualification preferred.
Good to Have
Experience in implementing digital classrooms and smart learning tools.
Background in school accreditation processes like CBSE or NABET.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership with the ability to inspire teams and drive institutional goals.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills for diverse stakeholders.
Organizational agility to balance academic rigor with administrative efficiency.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary between Rs.50,000 and Rs.70,000.
