1. Greet and direct visitors, parents, and students to the relevant departments or personnel.
2. Manage and maintain the front desk, ensuring it is always clean and organized.
3. Receive and make phone calls, respond to emails, and forward messages to relevant personnel.
4. Handle cash and other transactions, making sure to maintain accurate records.
5. Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
6. Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the administration.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this Receptionist position, you should have a graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, is a must. Knowledge of Receptionist software and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
