About This Role
Sks Global School is looking for a dynamic Sports Teacher to lead our sports programs and manage the sports department. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing sports activities for students from classes I to XII. You will work closely with the school management and PE coordinators to enhance the sports culture within the institution.
What You Will Do
1. Plan and implement a structured sports curriculum for all age groups at Sks Global School.
2. Organize inter-house and inter-school sports tournaments and competitions.
3. Maintain sports equipment inventory and ensure proper storage and upkeep of facilities.
4. Coordinate with external sports academies for training camps and skill development programs.
5. Monitor student participation and performance in sports activities to identify talent.
6. Submit monthly reports on sports activities, achievements, and upcoming events.
7. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all sports practices and events.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sports coaching or sports management are eligible. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Basic computer proficiency is required for documentation and communication. Candidates familiar with local sports culture in Uttar Pradesh will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership in organizing large-scale sports events.
Excellent communication skills to motivate students and coordinate with parents.
Knowledge of regional sports like kabaddi, kho-kho, and athletics is an added advantage.
Ability to manage time and resources efficiently for smooth event execution.
What You Get
Rs.16,000 - Rs.2,500 per month.
