Organise inter-house debates in English every fortnight to build confidence.
Prepare students for English Olympiad rounds with past-paper discussions.
Coordinate with the art teacher to illustrate idioms on classroom walls.
Run a monthly ‘Library Tea’ where learners read aloud and sip nimbu chai together.
Attend Friday reflection meetings where teachers share one success and one challenge from the week.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in English with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a NCTE-recognised institution.
Two years of teaching English to classes 6-8 in a CBSE-affiliated school.
