How You Will Teach
As a TGT Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Music to students from classes VI to X. You will use practical methods, tools, and lab activities to make Music learning engaging and interactive. You will also use audio-visual aids, music software, and other digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver Music lessons to classes VI to X.
- Prepare and conduct music performances, recitals, and other events.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement Music curricula and lesson plans.
- Conduct music workshops and training sessions for teachers.
- Organize and manage music competitions and festivals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Music with other subjects.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you should have a postgraduate degree in Music (B.A. (Music) or equivalent) and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
