About This Role
This is a senior Hindi teaching position at Seth M R Jaipuria School Bindki for the NTT department. The role carries departmental leadership responsibilities alongside classroom instruction. What You Will Do
Design and implement the Hindi language curriculum for Nursery to Upper Kindergarten following NTT standards. Plan weekly themes around local stories and festivals familiar to children in Fatehpur Sadar.
Create age-appropriate teaching aids, songs, and rhymes in Hindi that connect with rural and urban learners. Use simple Hindi vocabulary first before moving to basic grammar.
Assess student progress through monthly observation sheets and quarterly milestone tests. Share concise progress reports with parents in Hindi and English.
Conduct demonstration lessons for new NTT teachers and provide feedback on classroom management and language delivery. Organize Hindi recitation competitions within the school.
Prepare students for inter-school Hindi events like poetry recitals and storytelling fests. Coordinate with the cultural coordinator to align language activities with annual school functions.
Track board-aligned Hindi reading milestones and ensure all students reach foundational literacy by the end of the academic year. Maintain a portfolio of student Hindi work samples for parent-teacher meetings.
Who Can Apply
Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized Indian institution. Minimum three years of hands-on Hindi teaching experience in an NTT or early childhood setting.
TET or CTET certification is an added advantage but not mandatory. Familiarity with UP state Hindi curriculum expectations is helpful.
Career Opportunities
