Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the Hindi curriculum for students from class 6 to 12
- Teach Hindi language and literature to students, using innovative methods to engage them
- Mentor junior PRTs and non-teaching staff members to improve their teaching skills
- Analyze board results to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance student performance
- Organize and participate in various co-curricular activities related to Hindi, such as debates, elocution, and essay writing competitions
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents to keep them informed about student progress
- Participate in teacher training programs to enhance Hindi teaching skills
- Assist in school events, such as annual day, sports day, and cultural festivals
- Contribute to the development of the school's Hindi language policy and implementation plan
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you should have:
- A graduate degree in Hindi or a related subject
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification for teaching positions
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi, preferably in a school setting
- NET or SET qualification for senior-level positions
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages
