Your Students

As a PRT Music Teacher in Seth M. R. Jaipuria School, you will be working with students from classes 1 to 12. Your role will involve teaching music to students who are eager to learn and grow, and you will be the one to help them unlock their full potential. Our students in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, come from diverse backgrounds, and it is your job to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and self-expression.

Day-to-Day Duties

- Plan and execute engaging music lessons for students from classes 1 to 12
- Teach vocal and instrumental music to students with varying skill levels
- Conduct music performances and events, both within and outside the school
- Develop music curriculum materials and assess student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate music into the broader curriculum
- Attend department meetings and contribute to the development of music policies
- Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a well-organized and safe music room environment

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Ed/D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
- B.A/B.Mus or equivalent degree in Music from a recognized institution
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- 3 years of experience in teaching music to students from classes 1 to 12
- Strong understanding of music theory and pedagogy
