TGT Physical Education Teacher Position at Seth M. R. Jaipuria School

We are looking for an experienced and passionate TGT Physical Education Teacher to join Seth M. R. Jaipuria School in Fatehpur Sadar, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves designing and delivering engaging physical education lessons that promote health, fitness, and teamwork among students. The ideal candidate will inspire young minds through dynamic sports activities, games, and fitness programs while aligning with the school’s holistic development approach.

Teaching Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate physical education curricula that integrate sports, fitness, and outdoor activities. Conduct structured classes covering games like cricket, football, basketball, and track events, ensuring safety and proper technique. Adapt teaching methods to engage students of varying skill levels and abilities, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

Planning and Coordination
Prepare lesson plans, activity schedules, and training programs that align with school policies and academic goals. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate physical education into broader co-curricular activities, such as sports events and inter-house competitions. Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and used efficiently for classes and extracurricular sports.

Student Support and Mentorship
Act as a role model for students, encouraging discipline, sportsmanship, and perseverance. Provide guidance on nutrition, fitness habits, and injury prevention to promote lifelong healthy lifestyles. Actively participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and feedback sessions to build strong relationships with students and families.

Administration and Reporting
Submit regular reports on student progress, attendance, and participation in physical activities. Assist in organizing school sports days, tournaments, and team-building exercises to enhance student engagement. Maintain records of training sessions, certifications, and any safety protocols followed during sports activities.

This position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, with the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and student-centered learning environment in Fatehpur. A postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field, along with two years of teaching experience, is required. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, though prior experience in physical education is preferred.
