PGT History Teacher Job in Firozabad
Role
Teach history to classes in the secondary section at Delhi Public International School located in Sikohabad, Firozabad. Prepare lesson plans, conduct classes, and assess student progress on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging history lessons that align with the school curriculum and standards.
- Design and implement classroom activities that encourage critical thinking and discussion.
- Prepare and grade assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and student performance logs.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the planning of school events related to history education.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in History or a related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably at the secondary level.
Salary
Rs.42,000 – Rs.60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
