PRT Computer Science Teacher at Shri Radha Krishna Vidhya Mandir in Firozabad
Teaching Computer Science to students in grades 9 and 10, guiding them through programming basics, algorithms, and digital literacy while adapting lessons to engage diverse learning levels.
This role involves designing and delivering hands-on computer science lessons, from Python and JavaScript fundamentals to problem-solving techniques. You’ll create interactive coding projects, explain concepts clearly, and ensure students grasp core principles like loops, functions, and data structures. Classroom management includes monitoring progress, addressing doubts, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Planning and assessment are key here. You’ll prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with syllabi, incorporating practical examples and real-world applications. Regular evaluations include quizzes, coding assignments, and project-based assessments to track understanding. Feedback sessions with students help identify strengths and areas needing improvement.
To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in Computer Science or a science stream, is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, it adds value in this role.
