Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective English curriculum for students from Class 6 to Class 12.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members to improve their teaching skills and subject knowledge.

- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver co-curricular activities, such as debates and literary festivals.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and pedagogies to improve English language learning.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to English education.
- Act as a resource person for English language-related training and workshops for teachers.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree and at least 5 years of experience in teaching English. A NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory. You should be well-versed in the latest teaching methods and technologies and have a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
