Your Students (diverse learning levels, inclusive classroom in Firozabad)
As a TGT Physics Teacher at Asian International School, you will be working with students of diverse learning levels, from Grade 6 to Grade 10. Your students will be from various socio-economic backgrounds, with different learning styles and abilities. You will need to design and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all learners, ensuring that every student feels included and valued in the Physics classroom.
Day-to-Day Duties (differentiated instruction, support for all learners)
- Develop and teach engaging Physics lessons to students of diverse learning levels, using a range of teaching strategies and resources.
- Design and implement assessments that cater to the needs of all learners, including those with special needs.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help, ensuring that they catch up with their peers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote inclusive education.
- Use technology to enhance Physics teaching and learning, such as online simulations and multimedia resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in inclusive education.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures that promote inclusivity and diversity.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to take risks, ask questions, and explore Physics concepts.
