Role Summary

As an integral part of our administration, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various Art And Craft activities across the school. Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan, organize, and execute Art And Craft activities, workshops, and competitions for students of different age groups.
2. Develop and implement Art And Craft curriculum in line with the school's educational objectives.
3. Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to integrate Art And Craft with other subjects.
4. Supervise and mentor students in their Art And Craft projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Maintain a safe and organized Art And Craft room, ensuring all materials and equipment are up-to-date and in good condition.
6. Plan and execute Art And Craft exhibitions, displays, and events to showcase student work.
7. Develop and implement Art And Craft policies, procedures, and guidelines for the school.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Art And Craft programs, making recommendations for improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
* Post-graduate degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or related field (MFA/MVA)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Art And Craft administration, preferably in a school setting
* Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and digital art tools
* Familiarity with Indian art and craft traditions, including folk and contemporary art forms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
