Day-to-Day Duties
1. Conduct career awareness workshops and sessions for students across grades to explore diverse career options.
2. Collaborate with teachers and school management to integrate career guidance into the curriculum and co-curricular activities.
3. Prepare and update career counseling resources, including brochures, webinars, and mock interviews for students.
4. Organize mock interviews, resume writing workshops, and mock campus placements to prepare students for higher education and job opportunities.
5. Maintain detailed records of student career aspirations, achievements, and feedback for administrative and tracking purposes.
6. Partner with local colleges, universities, and corporate entities to arrange guest lectures, campus tours, and industry interactions.
7. Assist in organizing career fairs and exhibitions to showcase opportunities in various fields, including engineering, medicine, and arts.
8. Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students facing career-related doubts or transitions, ensuring personalized guidance.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software, are essential. Experience in school-based career counseling or similar roles is highly valued.

A deep understanding of Indian education systems and career pathways is crucial. Experience in designing and delivering interactive career workshops is a must. Salary and Benefits
