- Organize and facilitate chess workshops, camps, and clinics for students and teachers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local chess clubs, organizations, and players.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets for chess-related expenses, including tournament fees, equipment, and travel.
- Collaborate with the school administration to integrate the chess program into the school's overall curriculum and activities.
