Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement structured chess training programs aligned with school curriculum standards, engaging students from grades 4 to 12.
2. Organize weekly chess clubs, tournaments, and inter-house competitions to promote teamwork and discipline among students.
3. Collaborate with school administration to integrate chess as an extracurricular activity, ensuring compliance with school policies and infrastructure needs.
4. Train and mentor student leaders to become chess ambassadors, encouraging participation across different academic levels.

Qualifications and Experience:
